Here are the official opening hours for our various event areas. Some event areas have so-called minimum opening hours. This means that these are the times we communicate externally and must be maintained at a minimum to create an open and accessible event area. Historically, we know that there are also people in motion as long as the Number Bib Tent and Stadium Tent are open or when starts and finishes are taking place. In other words, it can be worthwhile, and you can make an extra difference in your hospitality and participation by planning to be on site for longer. If you have any questions about the flow and how to best plan your staffing during the event week, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will guide you.

Accommodation during your stay
In addition to traditional lodging, the residents of Motala open up their homes and rent out villas/houses, apartments, cottages, or rooms in villas/houses. Choose to stay centrally, close to the starting and finishing points, or in the tranquility of the countryside. You can either book accommodation online or contact Vätternrundan's accommodation partner, Svecia Travels.

At Cykla.se, cycling is a year-round affair. Here, you'll find relevant articles, inspiring features, informative videos, and, most importantly, the annual live broadcasts from Cycling Week. The goal is as simple as it is clear: to inspire cycling and a healthy lifestyle.
Additionally, Cykla.se features an event calendar, a Buy & Sell section that connects people with accommodations and starting spots for various cycling events, and Blocket Cykling, where cyclists can find used bikes at great prices.
The site receives half a million page views each year and is visited by 250,000 people, all sharing the same interests – fitness, nutrition, health, and above all, cycling.
Construction and cargo management.
Exhibition booth construction for exhibitors should take place well in advance of the event's start. If you will be on the premises during the initial construction period (May 28th - June 6th), the minimum personal protective equipment requirements are at least 1 high-visibility garment, shoes with toe protection and a cap, hearing protection, and a helmet for tasks involving the risk of falling objects. The construction period concludes on Friday, June 7th, at 3:00 PM.
Goods delivery can be made well before the event starts at 3:00 PM on June 7th. You are responsible for receiving and unloading your goods, and unloading and dismantling can only take place after the event area has closed on June 9th and 15th, respectively. Delivery to and work in the event area will be coordinated with the responsible person on site, who can also guide you to potential parking spaces outside the event area. For those with event space in Stadsparken, please note that vehicles are prohibited. Bring your own handcart or similar equipment for transporting weights and display materials.

Food and drink
In the expo area their will be some food trucks and some cafés during the event period. There is also a volunteer café in Motala Folkets Hus, where you as a exhibitor is welcome to grab a cup of coffee and a sandwich without cost!

Safety/security
Vätternrundan bears no legal responsibility, nor does it provide insurance for the materials of event exhibitors. Some surveillance of the event area will be conducted by patrolling security guards during the night. If you require additional security, please contact massa@info.se, and we can connect you with a security company.
Please note that each event exhibitor is personally responsible for opening and closing their tent in accordance with the official event hours.
The event area
Waste management
Waste compactors are located near the exhibition area. Emptying takes place in the early morning, so all garbage should be disposed of in the evening after closing according to official opening hours. You are responsible for cleaning your event space unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that we sort cardboard, plastic, wood, glass, metal, and combustible waste separately. Leaving your event space untidy and leaving behind litter will result in charges.
