At cykla.se, cycling is alive all year round. Here you will find relevant articles, inspiring reports, informative videos and – not least – The annual live broadcasts from the cycling week. The objective is as simple as it is clear; to inspire to cycle and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Also, cykla.se contains an event Calendar, a Buy and Sell section that provides accommodation and starting locations for various cycling events and Blocket Cykling; where cyclists can find used bicycles at a decent price.
The website has a half million page views per year and is visited by 250,000 people. All with the same interests – Training, nutrition, health and above all, cycling.
Construction and cargo management.
Assembly of stands for exhibitors should take place well in advance of the opening of the fair. If you will be staying on the premises during the initial construction period (May 28th - June 8th), the minimum requirement for personal protective equipment is at least 1 high-visibility garment, shoes with non-slip soles and caps, ear protection, and a helmet for work that involves a risk of falling objects. The construction period ends on Friday, June 9th at 12:00 PM.
Delivery of goods can be arranged with the responsible person on site, and loading/unloading is the responsibility of the exhibitors themselves. Unloading and dismantling may only take place after the fair has closed.
Delivery to and work in tents/stands in other areas will be arranged with the responsible person on site.
Please contact Daniel Nederman at 070-365 72 79 for truck unloading. Truck unloading costs are additional. For those of you with exhibition space in Stadsparken, please note that there is a vehicle ban. Please bring your own dolly or similar equipment for transporting weights and exhibition materials.

Food and drink
In the expo area their will be some food trucks and some cafés during the event period. There is also a volunteer café in Motala Folkets Hus, where you as a exhibitor is welcome to grab a cup of coffee and a sandwich without cost!

Safety/security
Vätternrundan has no legal responsibility or insurance coverage for exhibitors' materials. Some surveillance of the fair will be carried out by patrolling security guards overnight. If you require additional security, please contact Vätternrundan and we can put you in touch with a security company.
Please note that each exhibitor is responsible for opening and closing their own tent.
The event area
Waste management
Waste compactor is available adjacent to the exhibition area. Empting is done early in the morning, which is why all garbage should be disposed of in the evening. Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning their own exhibition area unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that we separate corrugated cardboard, plastic, wood, glass, metal, and combustible materials. Any untidy event area or leftover debris will be charged.
