Food area in Stadsparken
There won't be a public celebration without a proper food area! This part of the park will complement the food offerings provided by local restaurateurs in Motala, with a focus on "grab and go" food, snacks, drinks, coffee, and ice cream. There should be something for everyone, and this is where cyclists, city dwellers, and accompanying visitors come together for a taste experience and a pleasant atmosphere. It's an ideal location for both exhibitors and visitors because the food area is centrally located in Stadsparken and right next to the finish line.
Important to know: The area is on the grass in Stadsparken. Motor vehicles are prohibited, so the spaces are primarily for tents, but there are a few spaces on the asphalt. Therefore, it's essential to include a picture of your event setup with information about dimensions and other requirements when making your reservation. You can arrange the rental of tents, flooring, trade show carpet, etc., through us after booking. As an event participant, you commit to being open from Friday to Sunday and on Thursday to Saturday, following the official opening hours, to make the area feel open, accessible, and attract more new visitors. Parking for storage vehicles is available outside the event area's barriers, so be sure to arrive early. It's also a good idea to bring a handcart to easily transport items between your parking/storage area and the event space, as well as to dispose of trash during the day at the event area's waste disposal stations.
This includes: 12 square meters of space, including electricity (16A). Primarily intended for tents. There are a few spots available for food vehicles. The opportunity for visibility in the Vätternrundan event guide with, for example, an offer. Deadline is April 15th. Launches in May and is promoted by Vätternrundan before and during the event.
Estimated price: 800-1200 SEK per square meter depending on the location.
