Secure your presence at Sweden's largest cycling event. Our ambition is to gather premium brands catering to everyone, from beginners to experienced cyclists. The Cycling Square is a meeting place for conscious cyclists, first-time riders, and visitors eager to explore the latest cycling trends, try out new models of bicycles, helmets, and accessories, and find inspiration for their own cycling journeys. We offer event spaces in the Cycling Square and in the City Park, depending on the type of activation your bicycle brand wants to undertake. These areas are primarily intended for demos and creative activations.

Important to know: The area on the asphalt is suitable for both tents and event setups on wheels. In the city park, event spaces on grass are available for tents. You can arrange the rental of tents, flooring, trade show carpet, etc., through us after booking. As an event participant, you commit to being open from Friday to Sunday and on Thursday to Saturday, following the official opening hours, to make the area feel open, accessible, and attract more new visitors. Parking for storage vehicles is available outside the event area's barriers, so be sure to arrive early. It's also a good idea to bring a handcart to easily transport items between your parking/storage area and the event space, as well as to dispose of trash during the day at the event area's waste disposal stations.

This includes: 25 square meters of exhibition space on asphalt (or grass in the City Park), including electricity (16A). The opportunity for visibility in the Vätternrundan event guide with, for example, an offer. Deadline is April 15th. Launches in May and is promoted by Vätternrundan before and during the event.

Estimated price: 20,000 SEK + 800-1200 SEK per square meter for additional space, depending on the location.
