Below you will find a full description of the various areas. Fill in the interest form for the area that best suits your needs and tell us what you want to achieve.
Please note: The number of places for exhibitors is limited and selection will be made continuously so as to retain as good a mix of exhibitors as possible. The first bookings will be confirmed during the month of February and will be updated continuously from then on.
Event area A, Hamnparkeringen
Incuded: 25 m² exhibition bay inc. electricity (16A).
Not included: Tent. Bring your own tent or ask Vätternrundan for a quote to supply one.
For those of you who wish to be a part of creating Sweden’s largest outdoor cycling fair. Here you will be offered the best opportunity to demonstrate your products and services. There are a limited number of places which are centrally located next to our main sponsor – Stadium’s, well-stocked event store. Here the flow culminates as the participants arrive to collect their number bibs. We will also advertise the cycle fair in order to attract visitors from the region. This will include a trial carrousel where your customers can test your products. The Area surrounding the carrousel can also be reserved for items such as “Tips for maintaining your bicycle” or “How to choose the right size of bike for your child”. We will make our selection from the entries taking into account the partners and exclusivities that already exist so as to ensure as good a mix as is possible between the range and brands so there can be something for everyone – both old and new and rental service. As an exhibitor you are committed to remain open Friday to Monday and Thursday to Saturday between 10am and 6pm. If you want to know more do not hesitate to contact us!

Event area B1, Next to Children’s area

For those who wish to sell anything other than bicycles and accessories. It can be flowers, souvenirs, gift items, children’s toys, locally and regionally produced products such as handicrafts and edibles that will be fun to exhibit both amongst visitors and participants. This is centrally located between the Start and the Finish next to Motala’s well-visited lake-themed park. In addition to offering our participant’s ”good to have” items, souvenirs and memorabilia, we will create a selection that focuses on what children find fun or need in order to wish to remain in the event area – in a simple and flexible way. As an exhibitor you are committed to remain open Friday to Monday and Thursday to Saturday between 10am and 6pm. If you want to know more do not hesitate to contact us!

Event area B2, Stora torget

At the town center, right next to the well-visited start area, local shops and restaurants, we have several exhibitor bays. Here we would like to offer market traders and festival offers! The perfect area for a local business owner that would like to move their business out amongst the hustle and bustle during the Bike week or for those who wish to sell their locally produced goods. Food area, Stadsparken
Incuded: 25m² exhibition bay inc. electricity (16A).
Not included: Tent. Bring your own tent or ask Vätternrundan for a quote to supply one. No wheeled vehicles are allowed.
We cannot create a festival atmosphere without a proper food area! This part of the park will complement the selection of foods provided by Motala’s local restauranteurs, with a focus on “grab-and-go” food, snacks, drinks and why not ice-cream? For exhibitors it is prohibited to set up a stall on wheels, as this is not allowed in the park. There must be something for everyone, so that both cyclists, city dwellers and accompanying persons can gather to enjoy a lasting taste experience in a pleasant atmosphere. A real dream location for both exhibitors and visitors as the food area is in the center of Stadsparken right next to the finish. As a exhibitor you commit to keep open Friday-Monday and Thursday-Saturday 12:00-20:00.

Children’s area
In Stadsparken there will be a children’s area which we want to fill with fun -in motion- activities so that the regions accompanying children will have fun during their stay in Motala. Are you a business that works with public health and movement activities for children? Then you are welcome to contact us. In addition to creating a good mix of cycling and other movement activities, there will also be a weather shelter for families with children, participants and other visitors that can seek out rain or sun protection. There will also be an awards podium that can be used as a stage for official program items. Are you interested in being an exhibitor in the children’s area or contributing to program items? As a exhibitor you commit to keep open Friday-Monday and Thursday-Saturday 10:00-17:00.

Other event areas
Next to the finish line, on the hill that passes the Town Hall and along the waterfront, we have several event areas that are primarily dedicated to our partner’s event activations and to create breathing spaces where our participants and visitors can retreat. These are offered separately. If you have an idea or arrangement that meets the criteria of these areas, we will notify you in connection with the exhibitor selection.
